Awesome place to take your vehicle! My truck broke down. After calling them they said they’d wait until I got there (closing time), had the tow truck available if needed, and gave me a ride home after dropping off my truck. They fixed it while while keeping me in the loop on the costs. They didn’t try to sell me unnecessary parts like other auto shops. The staff is so friendly and awesome! They are an honest place. DEFINITELY recommend Lenfer Auto.

I found them through an ad for an oil change. The staff was so friendly and not pushy that I need everything replaced on my vehicle like many other places. I learned they do almost all vehicle repairs. This is definitely a go to place for my vehicle needs.

When I first moved to the Lino Lakes area a few years ago, I was looking for a reliable garage to take my car. My son had lived in the area for several years and suggested Lenfer Auto since that is where he took his vehicles. I am very happy with their service, and would refer anyone to Lenfer Auto..

Unfortunately, I found out I needed a complete brake job...all 4 wheels. Fortunately, my car was only out of commission for only one day and the price was reasonable. I've had many years of reliable service from Lenfers, which is important to me as I try to get at least 250,000 miles out of a vehicle before letting it go. J.B.

I count on Lenfer Automotive & Transmission for all my needs, large and small. They rebuilt a transmission for me a few years ago and did a great job, and since then you couldn't get me to go anywhere else. They just re-did my whole suspension (except for the frame, which is rustless and strong), and we're both very happy with it. If you need any work done, these are the people to do it. My son's vehicle. I told him to go to see Lenfer on Friday April 19th--it was after 4 PM and I wasn't sure if anything would be done. He took it to Lenfer and a mechanic came out to listen/look at the loud sound (I thought it was a muffler or cat converter). The mechanic took time to disassemble a few parts and analyze the issue. He was able to find a crack in the exhaust manifold and he showed my son the crack--AFTER 4PM ON A FRIDAY! My son dropped it off the on the following Sunday and the fix was completed on Monday. GREAT SERVICE!!

Some times you wonder if your car mechanic is giving you a honest diagnosis on your car. I have been using Lenfer for 15+ years on many different vehicles and trust what they tell me.
